Snapwear is a digital AI service with immediate resource usage after purchase. For that reason, purchases are generally non-refundable.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal in your dashboard. Cancellation prevents future renewals and takes effect for the next billing period.
If you experienced a technical issue that prevented normal use, contact support with your account email and issue details. We review cases individually and coordinate with our billing provider when appropriate.
