2. How We Use Information

• Provide and maintain the Snapwear service.
• Process generations and store results in your account history.
• Provide support and resolve technical issues.
• Prevent abuse and protect service security.

3. Image Processing

Uploaded images are processed through our infrastructure and model providers to generate output. Images are used to provide the requested service and are not used by Snapwear to train custom models without explicit permission.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Creem (Merchant of Record). Snapwear does not store full payment card details.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers needed to operate the product (for example AI inference and billing infrastructure).

6. Data Retention

We retain account and generation records as needed to operate your account and comply with legal obligations. You may request account deletion by contacting support.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, but no system is completely secure.
